Integrating Zapier with Calrik

Why use Zapier with Calrik?

Calrik wants to enable a feature for their Team plan users for connecting our calrik meeting schedules with other third-party apps, Obviously, it can be done only with the help of zapier. Using the zapier Zap and Calrik App, we share our meeting schedule details with other apps to configure or to use.

Steps to integrate Zapier with Calrik

As zapier Zap creation needs only limited values to Authorize the User in Calrik, we are asking user’s email which is already their in Calrik account + API Key which can be obtained from the Integration page.

Here for reference, we have taken the example of integrating Calrik account with Google Sheets through Zapier Integration.

Here are quick steps to get API Keys to pass in Zap creation.

• Login to Calrik using https://app.calrik.com/login
• After Login go to Integration page

• Next, click on that Integration icon and navigate to Advance Configuration (This applies to Team plan members only).

• After clicking on the connect Zapier it will open the popup with the API key, And that API key will be used in the zapier for connecting the Calrik account to zapier while creating the Zap.

• Copy that generated key and save it for later.

Create Zap using the Calrik App on the Zapier

• Click on create zap on the zapier.

• After clicking on the create zap that will open the create zap screen.
• Click on the trigger on the create zap screen.

• After clicking on the trigger it will open the Trigger app list that is available on the zapier. And on that app list search for Calrik and select Calrik app on the trigger.

• After selecting the Calrik app on the trigger it will open a popup for the setup trigger. On that trigger popup select the event name Create Schedule Meeting, That event is for sending scheduled meeting data to the zapier so the zapier user will use that data for the make action. 

After selecting the event click on continue for the further process.

• On the second step of the setup Calrik app event, It will ask the user to connect to the Calrik account. From the connect Calrik account to the zapier, users need their account email and API key that will be generated on the integration page. Click on the Choose account and It will open the popup for the login into the Calrik account.

• Enter your Calrik account email and zapier integration API key for connecting your account to the zapier.

• Click on the continue after your account connects successfully with zapier.

• In this trigger section, there are all the data that zapier will receive and users can use this data in the action section the make any action with any app.

• Test the trigger, that will test if the trigger is working fine with your account or not.

• If the trigger test is successful, then you’ll receive a response like this, Here are all available keys for setup action.
