Creating a Group Event Meeting Type

Select Create New from the menu dashboard
- To organize a group meeting, click on 'Create Group Event'
- Add the meeting title
- Mention the location/video conferencing tool
- Add the category
- Mention the Agenda/Description
- You can add multiple invitees directly by adding their name & email id in the Add Invitees section,
if not, then a link can be sent to the invitee after creating a meeting and asking for their information. - Select the meeting time slot and duration of the meeting
- You can limit the number of invitees by mentioning the number in the Maximum Invitees section
- Once the details are completed, click on Create Meeting
You can then share the meeting link, embed in your website with the given code or share details in an email to the invitee.
