Integrating Office 365/Outlook Calendar

Here are the steps to connect your Outlook Calendar to your Calrik account:

  • From the Integrations section, click Connect to integrate your Office 365 Calendar with Calrik.
  • Calrik will redirect you to authenticate your Outlook account. Enter your credentials to proceed.
Once your Outlook account is verified, you will find a configuration window on your screen that takes care of your Outlook Calendar settings.

This will ask for 2 permissions:

  1. To prevent double booking in your iCloud Calendar, &
  2. Sync your iCloud Calendar with Calrik, so that every new meeting will be added to your connected account.
  3. Save Changes

Once your Office 365b Calendar is integrated with Calrik, your Microsoft Teams conference call platform account will automatically be integrated with Calrik.
