Managing your Default Availability

  • Go to the Settings menu
  • Select the Availability tab
  • In the Availability section, you can set when you are available for the booking.
  • You can set the availability for weekdays, and specific dates for any particular day.

There will be days when you are available for particular intervals in a day and not free for some time in between, To manage the slots well, you can add available slots to scheduling meetings with Add New interval.

Click on Add New Interval and you will get a screen like below. 
Select the Extra booking interval time and days you want that time interval to reflect.
Click OK.

The interval will be reflected in your calendar as shown below. These intervals can be edited easily in the future.

You can also delete the interval by clicking on the delete button next to the interval.

There could be days where you cannot accept bookings for the entire day or a couple of hours or are available at different times. To mention the same in your calendar, you can add exclusions by clicking on Add New Exclusion as shown below.

To set exclusion days when you are not available, you can select one or multiple dates of your non-availability.
Click OK.

To set for available slots at a different time for a one or multiple dates, select the dates and set the time slot.
Click OK.
