With Calrik, you can use meeting types to set up your meeting details. You can think of a meeting type as a template for a meeting that you’ll schedule regularly, like a product demo, a customer call, or for office hours.

There are four kinds of meeting types you can create:

  • 1:1 Meeting
  • Group Event
  • Group Meeting Poll
  • Booking Page

1:1 Meeting Type

A one-on-one event type is a meeting between a Calrik host and an invitee.

This meeting type can be used to screen a candidate, chat with a client, or an introductory call with a prospect.

Group Event

A group event type is a one-to-many meeting, with one Calrik host and multiple invitees.

This meeting type is used to host an event like webinars, sessions, classes, and more at specific days and time slots as per their preference.

Group Meeting Poll

A group meeting poll is a one-to-many meeting with a lot of invitees at a suitable time slot chosen by the invitees. This creates a poll for a group of people to get their votes on the most suitable time slots that work for everyone.

Booking Page

The Booking page is created by the Calrik host with the time slots he is available in. The booking page is then shared with the invitee who selects a suitable time available from the slots and self-schedules a meeting with the host.
